Welcome to Cottonwood Ranch, our 68-acre farmland located in northern Wyoming. On the property, you will find turkey, waterfowl, and an abundance of whitetail. The habitat includes irrigated alfalfa fields, low sloppy ditches, a well, and exceptional cover for game.

At the moment, lodging and camping aren't available on the property. Just a short drive away though lies the town of Sheridan where you will find all the necessary amenities.

The land has easy access and has good cover. Unfortunately my trip was late in the season and the turkeys were mostly on the neighbors property. I'll try it again next year.
