Kris and others like him help me pay for my property taxes and increased costs on the ranch. I am forever grateful. He is always very respectful and was in and out without me even knowing he was there.

Reviewed by Landowner on September 2022Kris PHad a great time at Bill's place this past weekend. Saw plenty of elk on and around the property, also bumped into some mule deer and antelope. Coyotes are on the place as well. Bill was great to work and communicate with. Would hunt here again for sure!

A lot of open area, timber, and water sources. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone...we will be back!

The weather was not cooperative while I was there, but there was a ton of sign and no doubt this place is home to deer, bear, and elk. Kristina is an awesome host and was very accommodating throughout my stay.
