The property has excellent habitat for turkeys, is easily accessible and has good parking options. Marlin was very easy to work with and accommodated a couple of special requests without hesitation. Sadly, after almost 3 weeks of game cam pictures (2 cameras) and two days of intense hunting, we found no turkeys on the property. Perhaps there will be birds there later in the spring when the large groups break up. Also, ambient noise was a bit of an issue with lots of sound coming from highways 77 and 91 as well as the occasional train on the nearby tracks. The noise definitely shortened the distance that calls could cover, causing us to have to stalk large sections of the property rather than just remaining in a blind (which would be my preference).
