New for LandTrust landowners

Meet Hank. Post Field Notes with a simple text.

Hank is your new AI assistant from LandTrust. Text him a photo or a few words, and he'll post it as a Field Note on your listing. Sportsmen are more likely to book land with fresh Field Notes.

Example text conversation: the landowner texts Hank to sign up, Hank welcomes them, the landowner sends a trail-cam photo with “Freshly shed velvet,” Hank shows the post and asks them to reply YES, they say yes, and Hank confirms it's live on their listing.

Post a Field Note in Three Easy Steps

If you can send a text, you can do this.

  1. Text Hank

Tap the green “Text Hank” button. Your phone opens a text that's already written. Just hit send.

  2. Send a Photo or a Few Words

A trail-cam picture, a quick video, or just a few words, like “Five inches of fresh snow last night.” Photos work best, but words work too.

  3. Say “Yes”

Hank shows you the post first. Nothing goes up until you say so.

More Field Notes, More Bookings

Sportsmen are more likely to book land when they can see what's happening on it. A fresh Field Note shows them your land is active, and the more you post, the more you can earn.

Post about anything happening on your land: fresh snow, the rut kicking in, a successful hunt, crops coming off the field. Here are a few real ones from LandTrust landowners.

Questions Landowners Ask

Who is Hank?

Hank is your AI assistant for running your LandTrust listing. Think of him as your back office: he knows your listing, works with you (not with sportsmen), and does it all by text. Right now he helps you post Field Notes, and he only posts what you approve. Hunters still reach you through LandTrust, the same way they do today. If you ever need a real person, text HELP and the LandTrust team will get back to you.

Can Hank do anything besides Field Notes?

Not yet. Right now, Hank posts Field Notes. Later, he'll help you manage your listing, like blocking out dates on your calendar.

What if Hank gets something wrong?

You see every post before it goes up. Just reply with the fix, like “it was the east ridge,” and Hank changes it.

I have more than one listing. Which one does it post to?

Hank asks you, and shows the listing name on every post before it goes up.

Do I have to answer every time Hank texts?

No. Reply when you have something to share. If you don't, nothing happens, and Hank will check back before your next season.

How do I stop the texts?

Reply STOP anytime, and Hank stops texting you.

What happens to my phone number?

It's only used by Hank to text you. It isn't shown on your listing.

Ready when you are.

Text Hank once, and he'll take it from there.
