Landowner Newsletter- December
Message from the Team
As you are aware, November was a significant month for hunting. The LandTrust team was very active this November and has achieved some great success. Chad, our Data Scientist, successfully harvested a nice elk in Colorado. Jake, our Landowner Success Manager, shot a beautiful 10-point whitetail in Nebraska. Colton, the head Landowner Operations took down a impressive 10-point buck in Montana. Lastly, Taylor, the Landowner Marketing and Partnerships Manager, harvested an impressive 8-pointer in Illinois.
Landowner Perks & Updates
Our data shows that adding lodging to your listing increases your booking value by an average of 40%. Did you know that we have a great relationship with Montana Canvas, which we extend to you, our landowners? Adding lodging makes it convenient for your guests to extend their stay and maximize the time they can enjoy their experience.
Our numbers indicate that a wall tent, purchased with the discount we offer, along with a platform to get off the ground and a wood stove, will cost you around $5,000. With an average overall booking value of $700, it only takes nine bookings to recoup your investment. Contact our customer service team to redeem your 15% discount on products from Montana Canvas.
We have a new partnership coming in 2025. Housing Made Simple has graciously extended their offer into 2024. Contact us now to find out more about rapidly deployable housing solutions for your farm or ranch. Financing is available.
Updates to Platform
Has the ability to text guests directly from your phone made responding to inquiries easier for you? At LandTrust, we want to ensure this feature is helping you save time and manage your property more effectively. Instead of logging into your account to reply, we hope texting has streamlined communication and made it more convenient.
As we plan for 2025, your feedback is essential. Is there anything we could do to improve your hosting experience? What other features or tools would make managing your property even easier? Your input helps us build the best possible platform to support your success, and we’d love to hear your thoughts!
Respond here and let us know what you'd like to see in 2025.

Seasonal Reminders
As the hunting seasons winds down now is a good time to think about providing habitat for wildlife to help them through winter. There are plenty of resources available locally, or we can help you find the resources you need to help with habitat efforts. We will be writing a longer form blog on this specific topic in the coming weeks. Stay Tuned.
