Landowner Newsletter- January
Message from the Team
With 2024 gone, we think it's a great time to get your LandTrust listing shaped up for even greater success in 2025. Please contact us if you'd like help making any changes.
A facelift for your listing may be as simple as adding updated photos from this past year. Perhaps we need to adjust the price of a package, add a new package, or limit the number of hunts available on a package. Let’s sit down and block out any calendar dates you don’t want to receive booking requests, so it’s not a burden in real time.
If you have some time and want to get out of the house, any type of habitat management to encourage more wildlife will be a great benefit. Take the kids and set up some game cameras to capture the critters in the back 40 to post in the field notes. While we cannot assist with every task, we are here to help with any that we can. Please reach out, and we can discuss.

Field Note Highlights
Field Notes have been excellent so far this year, highlighting a recap and success stories of 2024. This is an excellent way to show the users how much your LandTrust property has to offer. Even though field notes was created midway through 2024 it became a powerful tool to show the potential of the properties.

Seasonal Reminders
During these cold winter months, there are plenty of waterfowl hunters out there looking for updates on bird numbers and conditions. Sportsmen who aren’t chasing waterfowl are probably dreaming of warmer days and the green grass of turkey season. Winter is a great time to check in and provide updates on the turkey flock. We’ve already seen many properties being booked for turkey season, so if you happen to spot any, be sure to share the information on Field Notes.
