Our large irrigated ground right off the Clark Fork consistently draw LARGE numbers of elk, with herds in the 300-400 head range seen often. This area is a hotspot if hunters can post up on the field edges. That said, the ranch is big, and there's potential in the higher elevations and open coulee areas for hunters looking for more spot and stalk opportunity.
We are located in HD 217. Drawing a tag can be tough for both residents and nonresidents. It's about a 25% chance of drawing with 0 points. With each preference point you ~2x your chances of drawing.

The Clark Fork corridor on the ranch's northern edge is great for whitetail hunters, when they're here! The habitat features winding water, tall aspens, and irrigated ag fields adjacent. We have noticed that our resident elk herd will push the deer off occasionally, so we recommend hunters spend more than just a day out here. If you can spend the time out here, chances are high you'll get one. Would recommend Montana Residents book this as the risk of not getting a deer is higher for non-residents.&nbsp;

Hunt Southeast Arkansas Whitetails on our 40 acres!
We are located in Zone 16A here in Desha County.
There have been some nice bucks seen on property with the deer hunting being genuinely good for the delta as well, where low deer populations are the norm. Desha County has produced some historic bucks, including the Arkansas State record, taken on the same bayou less than 10 miles from this property. The deer here do not behave like typical delta animals, which makes this ground more productive than the surrounding area might suggest.
Bring your waders as conditions can get pretty wet and muddy in areas.

Muzzleloader Whitetail Hunt 2026/2027 | Guide Assisted

I am offering a Whitetail Deer GUN Hunt tailored for those seeking a personalized experience with a guide-assisted hunt. As part of this package, you’ll receive detailed information ahead of time, including property photos, hunting locations, and exclusive tips to prepare you for your hunt. Upon arrival, I will personally provide the best location to hunt, factoring in the current weather and wind conditions to maximize your chances of success. It is not a large property, but I've got it dialed in much tighter than you will ever get on large property. The success rate the previous two years has been incredible!
This can only be hunted during Ohio's Gun (Dec 1-7; 21-21) and Muzzeloader (Jan 3-6) seasons.

What’s Included:
- Personalized Hunting Plan: Each hunter will receive a custom hunting plan based on daily weather and wind conditions, as well as recommendations for the best times and days for high activity.

- Pre-Hunt Support: Before your arrival, I will share photos and detailed property information so you can familiarize yourself with the terrain.

- Relax and Unwind: Enjoy our fire ring and comfortable seating to grill your food or simply relax before or between your hunts.

- Scent Control: A Scentlok radial nano ozone generator will be available to help minimize human scent, ensuring a stealthy hunt. We also recommend a scent-control shower before heading out, and we have a strict no smoking or alcohol policy to avoid disrupting wildlife activity.

- Recovery Assistance: Should you successfully harvest a deer, or in the event an animal needs recovery, I will assist with a UTV 4x4 and winch. For wounded animals, a thermal drone is available for an additional fee of $400 A standard drone with a 4K camera can also be utilized at no extra cost.

- Guide Assisted: I have been a hunter for many years. I have had a good deal of success. I will offer the knowledge I have to help you be successful at this property. With each property hunted, after a few years, you can more easily predict patterns, and recognize nuances that exist. I will give the best advice I can based on my past experiences hunting this property. Guide-assisted means, information will be shared, but you will hunt alone. Real time communication may also occur when I am available. Again, I want this to be the best hunt of your life, and will do everything I can to help you be successful.

Rut Whitetail Buck Hunt Package
This is open to hunt from Novmber 6 - 10, 2026.
This is just after the peak movement to hunt bucks in this area of the entire season. They are in the seeking phase and we have always gotten good bucks through the property during these times through daylight hours of either AM or PM. 
I am offering a Rut Buck Hunt for those seeking a personalized experience with a guide-assisted hunt. As part of this package, you’ll receive detailed information ahead of time, including property photos, hunting locations, and exclusive tips to prepare you for your hunt. Upon arrival, I will personally provide the best location to hunt, factoring in the current weather and wind conditions to maximize your chances of success.&nbsp;

What’s Included:

- On-Site Crossbow: A crossbow is available for hunters upon request, and you'll have access to a high quality target allowing for some practice before your hunt. NOTE: Pre-arrangements need to be made prior to arrival if the TenPoint Vengent S440 Crossbow (440 fps) will be used. A liability waiver form will need to be signed and some expenses may be incurred with any arrows and broadheads that are shot from the bow.&nbsp;
