Hunt Mature Muleys in Rosebud County, part of Montana's Yellowstone Pine Hills Unit, HD 702.

Property is a mix of deep timbered breaks intertwined by cultivated ag fields currently planted into alfalfa. 

In addition to the 1,100+ private acres, we have 640 acres of landlocked state land that borders the property. 

This ranch has excellent mule deer habitat and supports a good mule deer herd. This ranch offers a great opportunity to harvest a mature mule deer buck. Elk are sometimes present on the property & the harvest of cow elk is included on this hunt (General Tag is valid for cow elk in District 702 on private property). 

Note * Elk sightings are a bonus on this property & not an everyday occurrence. 

Ranch Roads are accessable for game retrieval when conditions allow.

ONLY two five-day hunts are available, each limited to two sportsmen:

General Season Opener: October 24-28

November RUT Hunt: November 7-11

Each hunter has the opportunity to harvest one mule deer buck and one cow elk during their hunt window with the appropriate licenses. 

The property comes with access to a fully furnished guest house near the property, with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and amenities, available for an additional fee per night, coordinated and handled separately with your hunt host. Inquire for details.

Forsyth is 10 miles out for fuel and supplies, Miles City Regional Airport is 46 miles away, and Billings Logan International is 100 miles to the west off I-94.
