Property Rules
Campfires: Not allowed
Pets: Allowed on property • Bird Dogs allowed. Cattle are present please have dogs trained well enough to not chase.
ATV's: Allowed • Please use responsibly
Drive-in Access: Yes: Ranch roads which means some ruts and poor conditions roads. 4x4 are necessary to drive to most places but not all places. Weather effects road condition create from day to day.
Walk-in Access: Yes • Can walk in from the roads
Vehicles: 2 Allowed • Two pick ups or ATVs or side by side should be max enough to hunt.
Landowner Rules: - Cattle comes first. Land is leased for grazing. Ranch hands are courteous and friendly and they try to avoid scarring any of the wildlife but at times it may happen when they are working cattle. - Leave gates way they were found. - Not really an issue but please do not get in a situations to harass cattle and be aware of the long horn cattle if present. - No trespassing by crossing neighboring fences. Even after wounded animals. Please contact me and I will deal with the landowners according to their desire. No refunds and are subject to criminal prosecution and are banned from property if caught. - Wounded animals without retrieving will require to punch tag ending the individual's hunt opportunity. - Please stay in area assigned to hunt if pertaining to the booked hunt. - Must follow all game laws, obtain proper licenses, etc. All things be legal when arriving and hunting until departing. Will ask to see tags and license. - Try to report anything you see unusual. Examples could be potential trespassers, property damage, sick cattle, etc. Take note of vehicles, person's clothing and statue, etc. Take pics if possible. - Be aware of fire hazards according to conditions. Example: Refrain from smoking if fire danger is extreme. Check under vehicles for any burning debris from exhaust, etc. - Will work to accommodate both our interests to allow the most enjoyable experience. I am willing, if able, to accompany you on the hunt if group desires.
