Guide can be booked for additional fee. No hunters under 25 without adult hunter. Landowner may cancel hunt with no refund for unsafe hunting practices, breaking Missouri or federal law, or not following previous-to-hunt acknowledged landowner rules. Landowner et al not responsible for accidents, up to and including death, no matter fault. Hunter and all party members must sign a liability release and fault acceptance document before hunting.
