Seasonal tent camping. Late fall and winter can be brutal due to the cold, snow and wind. Spring, summer and early fall is pleasant. This is a high dry arid environment's, so in seasonal weather the nights are cold and the days are hot. The property is right on the Wyoming border so we do get some of that infamous Wyoming wind. This is a remote area. Primitive conditions. The water is spring water and has minerals in it. If you are sensitive to such water please bring bottled water. No live power available. Cell phone coverage can be spotty. Always be cautious of rattlesnakes in the warmer weather. There is much in the way of wildlife and some wild horses in the area. A unique experience.
