Our Arkansas River property consists of about 142 acres of CRP grass just north of the river. The property provides great access to a portion of river bottom. The Arkansas River is a known corridor for whitetail bucks in the Great State of Kansas. You never know when a whitetail buck may transit through the river bottom or cruise through our CRP field. This could be a good property for Rio Grande turkeys as well with our access to river bottom habitat, plus sportsmen looking to hunt upland birds may find quail near the river as well. Our 142 acres will be exclusively available to you for the dates you book; however, we cannot guarantee exclusive access to the river bottom as that is public land here in Kansas. With that said, our property provides easy access to the river from our fields.
