We see a good number of birds every morning coming out and getting grit.
Quail are also included; however, they are a little more scattered around the property than the pheasants.
The farm features some excellent areas of transition for birds back and forth from our grass to our wheat, milo, and corn fields. Sportsmen must stay out of standing row crops.
The entire state is open for the taking of pheasants and quail.
The daily bag limit during the open season is four pheasants and eight quail.
