Our 200+ acres here in Johnson County are a sportsman's dream! The property features an off-grid cabin that sleeps 4, a 9-acre lake with bass fishing opportunities, and whitetail and turkey hunting.
Overall, we have about 30-35 acres of timber on site. Neighboring parcels have good timber cover that wildlife will move out of to feed in our fields. The remaining 175 acres our made up of our 9-acre lake and fields. All of our fields are basically cover crop and food plots (about 120 acres). We currently don't have any row crop in. About 85% of the property is open, while the remaining 15% is tree cover.
We are located about 45 minutes from Kansas City.

Steve is an awesome host with several small touches that make you feel at home and welcome when you stay with him. The fishing is off the charts and the amount of green food plots makes me think late season hunting is going to be exciting! I will be back for sure!
