Bring a climber stand or ground blind for best chances of success. Spot and stalk is an option too.

I had the opportunity to explore the property during a pretty warm summer day. As I walked around, I came across 3 different groups of deer in the trees, spooked several ducks off of the water that flows through the property, and found many turkey feathers. Tracks and sign that I came across makes me believe that game is here often.
