We will be limiting the number of hunters for 2024 due to the low deer population in the area. Please check our availability before booking.
My grandpa started our main ranch back in 1936 in Ainsworth, NE. After leasing the land for two years he eventually purchased it and continued to grow it from there. Today, our 3rd generation cow/calf operation includes myself, my twin brother Frank and other brother Adam, along with our families.
As an extension to our main ranch, these 900 acres offer some incredible hunting opportunities. With the main branch of Plum Creek flowing west to east through the whole property, wildlife flocks to the area. Trees grow on either side of the water, but just north of the creek there are higher grounds of rolling hills and grass. Meanwhile, the south side features two pivots of corn and more pastured grass beyond that. This land features harder grass so we don’t have cattle on it as much, allowing other species populations to explode. Particularly turkey and whitetail.
Whitetail prance about in full force throughout the property and are the most plentiful species we see out there. It doesn’t matter where you go, there are whitetail all over the property. Turkey are seen more frequently during their peak migration season. Hunting on the grounds has been kept to just family in the past so the deer have not felt too pressured. However, we are looking forward to allowing access to the land for more recreators to have great experiences.
We are not able to offer lodging at this time, however we will allow a camping set up. Otherwise, the town of Ainsworth, NE is only 13 miles away and has lodging options available. In addition, the Ainsworth Regional Airport is 20 minutes away and offers car rentals. This property does not allow driving on it, although if sportsmen need help retrieving their game we are happy to assist with our side-by-side. We’d like to welcome sportsmen to stop by the property the evening before their trip so we can show them the lay of the land.
We feel it is important to mention that we care deeply about the future population of whitetail, therefore, please visit with us on taking bucks.
The Beel Brothers are excited to welcome you out to the ranch and share our land with you!
