Bellar Enterprises is pleased to offer a small portion of its vast acreage in Southeastern Kansas: 300 acres of crop fields that make for great hunting and bird watching experiences. Brushy and wide tree lines make up the property borders that are just beautiful. One section even includes the big Richland Creek running through it, which attracts abundant wildlife.

The farm is proudly hosted by Luke B, a hard worker who is passionate about farming and family. Luke and his brother raise wheat, soybeans, and corn on a three-year rotation. Their continued stewardship of the land has also led to a diverse wildlife population that they are eager to share with guests.

The property itself is situated just a few miles south of Mound Valley. At this time, there is no lodging available on the farm; although, local lodging and restaurants can be found in Coffeyville, Independence, Parsons, and Oswego, all of which are within a 20-30 minute drive of the property.
