Our 450-acre property provides an extremely unique habitat of irrigated agriculture and rolling hills of sagebrush and forest. It's home to elk, mule deer, whitetail, pheasant, goose, coyotes, and other small game.

During the rut (September-mid October), herds of elk and trophy bulls take over the property. They will travel back and forth from our fields to the cover of our hills, providing archery hunters with an incredible opportunity for close encounters with 350-400in bulls.

We have an extremely strong population of mule deer that inhabit the property, and the whitetail population is growing as well. Irrigation ditches run throughout the entire property, providing pheasants with thick cover next to various food sources. We also have a private pond with various species of fish.

We offer hunts at a day rate per sportsmen, as well as multi-day hunts packaged with lodging. Packages are a flat group rate for up to 4 sportsmen.
