General season tags go on sale December 1st for both residents and non-residents. For Idaho residents, there is no quota for general season tags. Non-resident sportsmen who don’t get a general tag before they sell out can apply for a controlled tag.
Harvest Requirements:
- 6x6 or higher unless during cow or spike season
- Cows and spikes can be taken during appropriate seasons
- During Bull Elk Season 6x6 Bull or 6x5 Unsymmetrical Bull and above
The property is in Elk Management Unit 23, part of the McCall Zone.
A Tag Season:
Archery Only: 8/30/22 - 9/30/22
Antlerless Only (short range weapons only): 11/10/22 - 11/30/22
B Tag Season (any weapon):
Antlered Only: 10/15-22 - 11/3/22
