Big Muddy River Hideaway is the perfect spot for your next hunting vacation!
Turkey hunters will most likely encounter Easterns in this part of Illinois. The property is located in the South Zone for spring turkey.
The property is comprised of close to 25 acres of agricultural croplands, with about 40 acres of huntable woodlands and riparian habitat along the Big Muddy River. The remaining acreage is where our family's house and shop are located, along with our lodging accommodations. This part of the property is on the eastern edge of our acreage and doesn't disrupt the rest of huntable ground.
We have multiple tree stands/elevated blinds set up with game cams as well. We've had good hunting and turkey numbers over the years.
Our packages are set up to offer multi-day experiences with options to add lodging. We ask that all groups have a minimum of two hunters.
