Big R Farms is a prime spot for waterfowl hunters. We have several ponds on the property all with multitudes of birds.
Camping on the property is permitted.
Big R Farms is located in Northwestern North Dakota's Ward County. Our family farm consists of just over 640 acres of cropland and steep rolling grasslands.
Our property has quite a few pothole ponds and marshy wetland areas, which attract huge numbers of waterfowl. As part of the central flyway, the farm should produce a great season for waterfowl hunters this Fall.
In terms of access, the farm has a dirt road that goes through the property, which guests can use to easily access our ground on both sides of the road. We border a 640-acre section of public state trust land that sportsmen will be able to take advantage as well.
We are located about 45 minutes from Minot and the airport.
