Landowner Rules: General Rules: 1. Hunting days will be all legal hunting days recognized by the State of South Carolina. 2. Morning Hunting hours will be 60 minutes before sunrise until 11:00 am. All hunters should be at their hunting area at least 60 minutes before sunrise and shall not leave their hunting area before 9:00 am unless there is an unforeseen emergency. 3. Evening hunting hours will be 2:00 pm until 60 minutes after sunset. All hunters should be at their hunting area by 3:45 pm and not leave their hunting area until 60 minutes after sunset, unless there is an unforeseen emergency. 4. If a hunter is entering or exiting his hunting area late or early, he shall make every effort not to drive past any area that is being hunted by others. The hunter must pick a hunting area that will keep him from passing by or through any signed-out hunting area. 5. No vehicles will be allowed to travel to a hunting area after sunrise for morning hunts and after 4:00 pm for evening hunts, with the exception of an emergency. Harvest Rules: 1. Bucks Harvest: should meet the following guidelines to count as a legal harvest and to avoid a fine. Minimum of 4 points on a side and 12 inch inside spread. One buck per hunt (2 per day). All SC game license restrictions apply. 2: Doe Harvest: Doe’s need to be mature, not accompanied by spotted fawns. If possible, to determine 75lb and over in weight. One doe per hunt (2 per day) All SC game license restrictions apply. 3: Piebald and Albino deer are legal to harvest without meeting any restrictions. 4. A fine will be imposed on any bucks harvested not meeting minimum requirements. A fine of $100 will be imposed by management and will be an additional charge to the participants credit card. Multiple under criteria harvests may result in expulsion from the property and the customer will no longer be able to participate in Black Creek Stands services. 5. A child's first buck can be of any size and will not incur a fine. 6: If at any time a participate/guest fails to disclose the harvest of a small buck, that guest will be expelled from Black Creek Stands property, no longer allowed to rent any of Rorie Properties hunting lands, and will be assessed the find for harvesting below the required guidelines. 7: Pictures of ALL harvests (regardless of the sex of the deer) will be emailed to the blackcreekstands@gmail.com. Pictures must be emailed within 24 hours of the harvest. Failure to do so will result in a $50.00 fee. Each time a guest harvests an animal, the guest must submit that information on the email along with the pictures. 8: Black Creek Stands has the right to post pictures of guest harvest/trophy to the companies social media. Please make them tactful and tasteful picture of your harvest. For example: Tongue placed in mouth; blood cleaned up as best as possible; trophy posed in a upright and prominent manner. *** Hunters may harvest any wild hog / Boar they observe in their rented stand. There are no restrictions. ****
