Private road leads to beautiful camp site along the Klineschmidt canal and the Gallatin River. This site is large enough for campers of all sizes, is surrounded by large pines, and offers easy access to the river. There is a custom fire pit with seating and firewood.

The property is rotationally grazed by cattle during the spring, summer and fall. Flood irrigation brings new green clovers, flowers, and grasses after grazing. Neighboring farms plant alfalfa.

There are multiple springs, seeps, ponds, streams, and wallows on the property. The property borders the Klineschmidt Canal and Gallatin River for about a mile near the mouth of the Gallatin Canyon.
