Blackwater Springs is 507 acres of gently rolling hills with two flowing tributaries of the Suwannee River converge at a private natural spring onsite. Out of the entire property, 307 acres of it is an open pasture with scattered oaks. The rest contains 100 acres of natural rolling scrubland and 100 acres of 8-year longleaf pine. 

This piece of land is healthy with hybrid turkey. The parcel borders the east side of San Pedro Bay, which holds 500,000 acres of wilderness timberland. The largest area in the state of Florida unihabited by humans. Making for a diverse habitat that any recreator would dream of. 

RV and tent camping access is available on the property. If you decide to stay elsewhere, Mayo is 17 miles south and has hotels, restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores.
