Boone Ranch is comprised of sand hills, alfalfa fields, scattered shelterbelts, and the Minnechaduza Creek which flows through the middle of the land. The muleys enjoy the hills and alfalfa fields, and chances of seeing a big buck on the land are good.

RV camping access is available on the ranch. If you decide to stay off-property, Valentine is 15 miles east and provides hotels, restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations. In the future, we plan on offering a house, that is currently being fixed up, for lodging.

Saw about six whitetail in the alfalfa field when we were checking the place out. Those fields should produce well for hunters once Fall rolls around and the deer start rutting.
