Rifle Elk Huntat Boston Coulee Ranch

Package Includes
1 Guest
1 Day

The ranch can be hunted with a general tag. Rifle hunters can take advantage of property terrain to hunt the draws or set up on one of our many options for a vantage point.

Elk activity during general season typically involves herd movements back and forth from our ranch onto neighboring properties. Would recommend booking multiple days to give yourself the opportunity to catch the herd on our property.

Good optics are a must. We have some excellent points on the ranch for glassing and taking in the views.

Please reach out if you're interested in coming out to the ranch for Unit 413's shoulder season. We'd be happy to let you know what we're seeing for elk numbers and have you out!

Muzzleloader hunters, please inquire.

Sportsmen can add lodging to their hunt. The 4-bedroom Ranch House will be unavailable until September of 2024. We also have a dry cabin available (NOT AN RV SITE) as an add-on to multi-day packages for $80 per night. We do have an overflow space available, a one-room shed with a bed and electricity.

Property Visited

Boston Coulee Ranch is a real gem. We saw a decent buck running below us while at a high point on the ranch. Glen and Allan told me that the water holes on the property are frequented by wildlife traveling through. During the visit, I couldn't help but think that the ranch not only has great habitat for game, but is also picturesque and ideal for horseback riding or an outdoors family trip.

I enjoy raising Angus cattle, hunting on opening morning, eating Ribeye steak, camping with my family, and listening to a good story from a complete stranger. After 10th grade, I went to work in the construction industry and have been involved in different small businesses.
