Shotguns only (please pick up all shells). No trash left in blinds. No ATV/UTVs on levees during duck season.
I've owned this 48-acre tract for just over 12 years, and I've spent most of that time managing it for habitat and enjoying the hunting. We're located just north of Keytesville with a mix of wetland marsh and timber pockets.
Camping is available if you want to stay on the property. I have a 30-amp electric hookup. There is no water or sewer at camp. No structured lodging on site. Cell service is available.
There is a covey of quail on the property that I enjoy seeing, and they are off-limits to hunting. Treat the property as if it were your own.
