Walk the levee system outside of duck season, watch for waterfowl and deer along the marsh edge, and camp on site with a tent, pull-behind camper, or RV. A 30 amp electric hookup is available. No water or sewer.
I've owned this 48-acre tract for just over 12 years, and I've spent most of that time managing it for habitat and enjoying the hunting. We're located just north of Keytesville with a mix of wetland marsh and timber pockets.
We have plenty of birdwatching and wildlife viewing opportunities. There's plenty to see and enjoy on a property like this!
The wetland is the heart of the place. Levees hold the water, and I've put in permanent blinds so you can get set up without bringing/building anything on arrival. I also run a well to keep water on the property for duck season, which helps hold birds when other spots dry up. The timber gives deer and turkey cover to move through, and the edges between marsh and trees are where I see the most sign.
Camping is available if you want to stay on the property. I have a 30-amp electric hookup. There is no water or sewer at camp. No structured lodging on site. Cell service is available, and ATVs and UTVs are welcome.
Important Rules:
Please keep vehicles off the levees. ATVs are fine on the levees outside of duck season. Treat the property as if it were your own.
