About this property

Managed 60-acre forest that abuts an unhunted 500-acre forested tract. Good numbers of deer with the occasional bear and turkey. Mature bucks often stray into the 60-acre tract. 7 tree stands (5 ladder, 2 ladder steps) have been strategically placed with quiet entrance/exit routes, which are flagged, to minimize disturbance. Each tree stand has a pull-up rope, lifeline (bring your own harness is mandatory), and a bow/gun hanger. One box blind is available for a gun hunter. 5 tree stands and box blind are short easy walks. 2 tree stands are uphill for a fair distance and hunter should be in good physical condition. 3-day minimum rest period between treestands. Planted 4 small food plots. No ATVs are allowed. No personal treestands allowed, you must use existing treestands on the property. If you are successful, we will help you haul it out of the woods. We recommend you contact us before your hunt for information on where to park, where to access, and which stand you should use. Property is monitored with trail cameras.

No other hunters will be in the woods during your stay. Last year, a customer arrowed a big buck. Landowner harvested a doe and passed up a 6 point buck.

Hunters are welcome to tent camp or bring their RV. No amenities are available other than fire pit and firewood.
