Your day begins with fresh coffee and homemade sourdough cinnamon rolls before heading out for morning cattle work. Afterward, gather together for a home-cooked lunch featuring beef raised right here on the ranch.

The afternoon is yours to customize. Choose from ranch tours, animal chores, horse experiences, beginner roping, rodeo practice, and more to create your own Montana ranch experience.

Located just 15 minutes from Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport and 30 minutes from downtown Bozeman, this is the perfect opportunity to step into the boots of a cowboy for the day or stay longer with our ranch RV camping options.

Itinerary:

7:30am: Welcome to the Ranch

Enjoy complimentary fresh coffee and homemade sourdough cinnamon rolls before heading out for the morning’s ranch work.

Morning Ranch Work (2-3 hrs)

Head out with us for an authentic morning of working calves. Guests will have the opportunity to observe and, when appropriate, participate in ranch activities such as sorting cattle, traditional roping of calves and processing with our guidance along the way.

Ranch House Lunch

Gather back at the original ranch house to enjoy a home-cooked meal featuring ranch-raised beef. Guests will choose from three main courses and side dish options.

Choose Your Afternoon Experience: Select up to 3 activities from the options below to customize your ranch experience.

Ranch and History Tour: Take a scenic ranch tour while learning about the history of our family operation, grazing practices, cattle production, and the equipment that keeps the ranch running. 

Fishing: Enjoy access to private creek fishing on the ranch. (Montana fishing license required)

Egg Gathering: Visit our free-range chickens, help with feeding, and gather fresh eggs to take home.

Farm Animal Chores: Help feed and care for the horses, pigs, and goats.

Horse Grooming: Spend hands-on time grooming, caring for, and connecting with our ranch and rodeo horses. 

Dummy Roping: Learn the basics of swinging and roping like a real cowboy.

Rodeo Practice: Spend time with us in the arena during real practice sessions for team roping, breakaway roping, or barrel racing and experience the rodeo lifestyle firsthand.
