Situated on the east side of the Cascades between the Deschutes River and White River, our properties here in Wasco County offer a mix of agricultural fields, rangeland, and creek bottoms, which all contribute to making prime habitat for wildlife. Our close proximity to Mt. Hood National Forest lands, the White River Wildlife Area, and Mt. Hood Meadows Ski and Summer Resort (~45 minutes) adds to the appeal, making it a great destination for both hunting and nearby recreation.

Over the years, the property has developed a strong resident elk herd, providing solid chances for those looking to hunt here in northcentral Oregon. Deer, upland birds, and waterfowl also frequent the area, with geese taking advantage of our open ag stubble during the season. Predators such as coyotes are present, offering another pursuit for hunters looking to help us manage local populations. Additionally, small game like rabbits and rockchucks/yellow-bellied marmots can be found throughout the property.
