Diamond D Farm & Ranch North Unit
The Diamond D Farm & Ranch consists of nearly 1,200 acres of wide-open prairie and rolling grasslands in Eastern Montana's McCone County. The ranch features draws and shelter belts, which provide great cover for the native wildlife. The Cow Creek also runs through a portion of the property.
We are eager to open the ranch for hunting and birding experiences, in addition to outdoor recreation activities. We are always happy to see if we can accommodate your desired outdoor recreation activity. Please click the "Contact David P" button if you don't see your desired activity.
Guests looking to bring RVs or camp on the property are more than welcome; however, lodging is also available in Wolf Point, Montana which sits 37 miles north of the ranch.
The ranch is also conveniently located 75 miles north of Interstate 94.
We look forward to hosting you!

David was an attentive and informative host meeting us at arrival and orienting us to his property. The land and camp are beautiful and provide for a healthy population of sharp tail grouse and pheasant. Nothing wanting here! David is devoted to his land and providing his hunters with a great experience. We will be back!

I had a great time at this property, and it certainly met my expectations. David was a great host, and met me when I arrived to give me an orientation to the property. He also showed me the best spot to camp overnight. Pheasants were plentiful, and we also found coveys of hungarian partridge; we didn't have luck finding sharptails, but David noted that a previous group had shot their limits. I would definitely return to this property if given the opportunity.
