Day Access Whitetail Hunt: No Lodging | Zone 9at Driftless Area Inn

Hunters typically take two different approaches to our property. We have the upland ground in the hills that consists of CRP, along with the bottomlands near the creek. The rest of the property is largely forested. Both approaches can yield to good success, especially with our deer numbers. Does on property are a frequent sight, and while the bucks tend to be more elusive, there's still high potential to get on a nice buck during your hunt.  

We are located in Zone 9 for whitetails here in Northeastern Iowa.

We have 31 acres in crop rotation, 30 acres of CRP, and year-round water sources from a creek and spring-fed stream.

Lodging is not available for this package. Day access only. Great for locals or for nonresidents coming from just across the Wisconsin or Minnesota statelines.
