Our East listing is our biggest grouping of parcels with 4,320 acres across 7 parcels. The Sand Creek flows through one of our bigger tracts, which has scattered trees and more consistent water. Majority of the habitat is primarily open crops, but lots of available acreage. The East listing is located in Washington County.
