We are located about 25 minutes south of Brush and interstate access to I-70.
Our West listing offers six different parcels totaling over 1,850 acres. This is primarily open cropland with brush and some drainage area. The two biggest parcels on our East place feature both the Sand Creek and the Beaver Creek, which are seasonal creeks and drainages with decent grass and brush cover that cuts through our dryland crops.
About the Farm:
We're a fourth-generation farming operation on the eastern plains of Colorado. This is big, open agricultural ground. Cropland and grassland pasture stretch in every direction!
