We also firmly believe that the best-tasting steaks in the world come from happy cows. That's our philosophy: to be good to our cattle and treat them with respect. We also live this out through the devoted stewardship of our land, which in turn provides protein- and nutrient-rich grass that our herd of Black Angus cattle loves to eat.
