East Waterford Getaway offers a variety of outdoor activities, including birdwatching for bald eagles, trail hiking, and stream fishing for trout, bass, and panfish. 

Tent camping is available along the water, which runs through one side of the property, while the southeastern side transitions into mountains and trails. This provides a perfect blend of natural landscapes and recreational opportunities.
