Our ranch's diverse habitat also makes it a great place to turkey hunt. There are birds (mostly Hybrids) that call the ranch home year-round and birds that migrate in during the spring from the neighboring properties.
This package includes turkey hunting for up to three sportsmen for five days. $750/hunter.
Each hunter is allowed to take one turkey.
Either archery or shotgun can be used depending on the season. Lodging is included.

Agriculture, Meadows, and Natural Forage
There are multiple pivots that grow both corn and beans on the property. There are also corn and beans grown on the neighboring properties. There are also multiple good meadows that the deer graze on.
Ponds, Streams, and Rivers
The main water source is the Elkhorn River that flows through the majority of the property. There also are streams that come off on the main river channel and ponds that are nearby the river. The property has its fair share of sloughs that most of the time contain some water.
Woods, Grasslands, Brush, and Shelter Belt
The river is lined most of the way with woods consisting mainly of cottonwoods and cedar trees. There are also cedar tree belts throughout the property and a good number of thick patches of brush. The sloughs also make good shelter for bedded down deer.
