$50/night for up to 2 guests - Minimum 2 Nights. The calendar date you book represents the night you'll be staying. Check-in and arrival are permitted anytime after 4PM the first night of your booking. Check-out and departure are required by 12PM the morning after your final night booked.

When you're not fishing, the property makes a great basecamp for exploring the rest of the Northern Catskills, or a hideaway to stay and get lost in. Hike miles of trails and old logging roads in the Elm Ridge Wild Forest, starting literally steps from your campsite. Sit around the fire and reflect on the day’s adventures. Or just take in the wide-open views of distant mountains and starry skies. Plus one of the best swimming ponds in all of the Catskills!

The gently sloping terrain features old stone walls, logging trails, and mountain streams that wind through hardwood stands, perfect for scouting and hunting. When you're not in the woods, take a plunge in the large spring-fed pond, clean up your gear, or sit by the fire to plan the next day’s hunt. The land’s layout and proximity to the preserve make it an efficient staging ground, whether you're heading out at first light or coming back in after dusk.

Three rustic campsites are available, all a short walk (about four minutes) from a shared shed with dry composting toilet and basic gear storage. Tent areas are cleared and flat, with room for two small tents per site. While completely off-grid, the sites are accessible enough for easy in-and-out, yet private enough that you'll feel fully immersed in the woods. There is also a short unpaved two-track, where you can pull smaller camper-vans or cabovers right up to our large pond with great view.
