We have a good mixture of grasslands and cropland, which is great for upland bird. On of our furthest west parcels features a thick tree row, which is a good source of cover for birds as well. I'd also recommend our southernmost parcel for upland bird due to the tall grass there.

With the spread of our property's non-contiguous parcels, I'm happy to point you in the right direction and recommend the best starting place for your hunt. Maps will be also be provided upon booking.

This is a wildlife paradise! I saw ducks throughout the sloughs and marshy areas. I also think this property has great potential for upland birds this Fall as well considering the excellent condition of the habitat.
