Our ponds and croplands combine to make an excellent habitat for waterfowl hunting. Some of our parcels feature some sloughs and marshy areas, which historically have attracted good numbers of ducks and geese.
The property is made up of non-contiguous parcels all within at least 15/20 minutes of each other. The biggest distance you'd have to drive from our farthest northwest property to the farthest southeast property is only about 45 minutes. Maps will be provided upon booking, and I'm also more than happy to provide recommendations on the best parcel to start with, depending on your experience. Our properties all have good access to surrounding PLOTS ground as well.
All that to say, hunters will have plenty of options when it comes to available ground.
We have an RV campsite that is pretty much in the middle of our spread of parcels, making it a great basecamp for hunting and recreating on our parcels in addition to surrounding areas! Campsite will now offer water, sewer, and also electric.
