ATV enthusiasts are invited to bring their own ATV's and explore our hundreds and hundreds of miles of trails and two-tracks on our farm and Scobey's surrounding areas. While self-guided, you'll benefit from our maps detailing our favorite trails and destinations in the area. These half and full day excursion adventure plans include suggested stops for meals to enjoy the local flavors, Google guided route, and historical/geographical information as well. 

Camping is permitted.

Guests must stay on designated roads and trails at all times.

Campfires: Not allowed
Pets: Allowed on property • Hunting dogs are allowed. Other pets will be considered on an individual basis.
ATV's: Allowed • ATV’s are allowed with the DIY ATV package only. No ATV’s allowed with hunting packages.
Drive-in Access: Yes: Stay on designated roads and two-tracks. Retrieval access will be allowed dependent on location. Retrieval services available.
Walk-in Access: Yes
Vehicles: 2 Allowed
Landowner Rules: Leave gates as found. Leave no trace. No off-trail driving. No hunting within 400 yards of houses. Property maps will be provided, however it is your responsibility to ensure you are not trespassing on neighboring properties.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds are only available within 48 hours of the landowner accepting your booking request.
