Lodging Available

Welcome to 6,000 acres of premier upland bird hunting in South Dakota. This expansive property offers a mix of farm fields, creek valleys, and rugged pastureland, providing an ideal habitat for pheasants, grouse, and hungarian partridge. With Firesteel Creek running through the land, hunters can also work deep wooded draws and dense brush where birds hold tight.

Our custom hunt package includes lodging and hunting access for any birds, coyotes, and prairie dogs.

Pheasants: With a combination of corn, wheat, and sunflower fields, as well as grain food plots of oats and millet, this property provides everything pheasants need to thrive.

Grouse & Hungarian Partridge: Open pastureland and rolling prairie create prime habitat for sharp-tailed grouse and Hungarian partridge. The varied terrain challenges hunters while rewarding them with fast-flying action.

Coyotes (Night Vision/Thermal Hunts): The ranch is open for night-vision coyote hunting for hunters who want to bring thermals. The wide-open landscape makes for an excellent setup for thermal optics and predator calls.

Prairie Dogs: Enjoy a day of varmint hunting with plenty of prairie dog action. The open range provides great visibility and an opportunity to hone your long-range shooting skills during an action-packed day of shooting.

Lodging & Amenities:

Hunters will have full access to a comfortable and well-equipped home on the ranch. Amenities include:

  • Fully stocked kitchen with all essentials, including a coffeemaker, crockpot, toaster, and a portable flat-top grill for breakfast.
  • Outdoor propane grill for evening cookouts.
  • Cocktail arcade game with over 400 classic games for entertainment after the hunt.
  • Two large TVs, Starlink internet, air conditioning, washer, and dryer.
  • Indoor dog kennel for pets.
  • Deer skinning stand for processing your harvest.

Guest Access & Location:

You'll have the entire house to yourself, with cattle as your only nearby neighbors. The owner lives just down the road and is available for any questions.

Located in north-central South Dakota, the property sits conveniently between Isabel, Timberlake, and McIntosh, with easy access to Mobridge (less than an hour away) and within a two-hour drive of Bismarck, ND, Aberdeen, SD, and Pierre, SD.

Bedding is provided, along with a limited supply of coffee, toilet paper, and paper towels.

The ranch is within easy driving distance of gas stations, cafes, and grocery stores, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable and successful hunting trip. Whether you're chasing pheasants in the fields, scanning the night for coyotes, or testing your aim on prairie dogs, this property is a top-tier destination for hunters looking for an unforgettable experience.
