Good boots and waders are recommended for all hunters, especially as you get deeper into the property closer to the lake.

The cornfields and pumpkin patches are hotspots for the deer. They LOVE the pumpkins!

About the Farm:

Fisher Hills Hunting is a fourth-generation farming operation, consisting of just over 70 acres in Branch County, Michigan. The property's water features include ¼ mile of Huray Private Lake shoreline, a one-acre pond, and approximately ⅓ mile of creeks that meander through the woodlands.

Split between 50 acres of established timber and 20 acres of row crops, the land offers a natural mix of cover and food sources. The agricultural portion consists of 50 acres of corn alongside 10 acres of pumpkins - a crop that has proven to be particularly attractive to the local wildlife, especially deer.

The combination of hardwood timber, brush cover, and multiple water sources supports a wide range of species, like turkey, pheasant, waterfowl, and small game such as raccoons, possums, and squirrels. Deer hunting is also available, but we ask that only does be harvested.

Beyond hunting, the property provides fishing access to Huray Private Lake, making it an attractive destination for anglers seeking a more private fishing experience. The varying landscape and wildlife also create excellent opportunities for nature photography throughout the seasons.
