Our 32 acres is less than 45 minutes north of the Columbus Area, giving Ohio sportsmen a great local spot for spring turkey, Fall Turkey,White Tail Deer. Rabbit, Squirrel. We are also less than 10 miles from access to Interstate 71, which provides easy access to Columbus to the south and Akron/Cleveland to the northeast.
The property is partially fenced, but features a nice mixture of assorted hardwood and grasses. Our neighbor to the south is heavily timbered, and it's not uncommon to see birds move up into our property.
We do have camping and RV access available as an add-on to overnight stays or guests can make the +/- 30 minute drive to and from Mansfield, Mt Vernon, or Marion, all of which have local hotel options.
