Our 445 acres is located in Morton County right in the southwestern corner of Kansas. Our property is mostly pasture plus a quarter section of agricultural cropland with a pivot. In our pasture, we have an old dry creek bottom with timber along where it used to run.
Our pasture is loaded with prairie dogs! We also have a fair coyote population, and hunters would be more than welcome to come out and call them in. The ranch also features a healthy dove population, and as of this first week of November '22, there still bumping!
In years past, our deer population has been dependent on what kind of moisture we have. If there's water, there's deer. If not, no deer. This year (2022) we've been in a pretty extreme drought, so hunters are most likely not going to see any deer.

This property is primarily pasture that is loaded with Prairie Dogs so Coyotes will likely be abundant here. There were lots of Doves still bumping around so this could be a great spot for some hot, pass shooting on Doves!
