Antelope Huntat Guided Rock Farms
Hunters are invited to Guided Rock Farms for an antelope hunt.
Our property consists of two parcels about 30 miles apart. For our first parcel, we have about 480 acres just north of Hemingford. This ground is mostly cropland, with a small portion of pasture surrounded by shelterbelts. About 30 miles northwest, we have our second parcel, which consists of about 475 acres. This ground is just north of the Niobrara River. The terrain is more textured with timbered sections, draws, and hills.
The property is in the Box Butte West unit for antelope.
Nonresident opportunity is restricted to statewide archery permits, landowner permits, and late doe/fawn.
Archery Season: 8/20/23 - 12/31/24
Muzzleloader Season: 9/16/23 - 10/1/23
Firearm Season: 10/14/23 - 10/29/23
Late Doe/Fawn: 11/1/23 - 1/31/24
Guided Rock Farms is great habitat for pheasant, mule deer, whitetails, and Merriam's turkey. Elk frequently visit the property as Benton has found sheds on the property as well.

🪨 Starting a farm from the ground up!
🐑 Navajo Churro & 🐮Scottish Highland
🌱Regenerative & Holistic Agriculture
Instead of a romantic story of generations farming the same piece of land, we are a story of a seemingly impossible, very challenging start from scratch, of which we are very proud. Benton and I are both a generation removed from farming; we did have exposure to agriculture through our grandparents, and Benton worked on a few farms between geology jobs, and so are not completely clueless in our endeavor. We are, a first generation farm that took a big leap of faith to move to Nebraska to start our small operation. Thank you for supporting our journey with humble beginnings.
