Please call me Smitty. First and foremost I am a disciple of Christ before anything else. I was in the fast food restaurant business for 32 years with the Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen brand among other things. I sold all my restaurants (28) in May of 2023. I was also the brand developer for the Mossy Oak Properties brand in OK/KS/MO from 2009 until July of 2022 when I exited the brand. I built 26 offices over this period with partners in each market. I still move the brand and have dear friends over there. It was a great run and they are a great brand. I still have one MOP office. I live in Springdale in NW Arkansas, home of Wal-Mart, Tyson Foods and JB Hunt Trucking. I wanted to buy farms closer towards the midwest for recerational and investment purposes and to get out of the growing area I live in. I bought the first farm in Barton County, MO in 2013. This is the first time I have offered my farm to the public. They are well managed farms that have abundant wildlife on them with unbelievable habitat. I look forward to hosting you soon!
