Our farm is made up of over 2,250 acres of irrigated farm fields and native short-grass prairie with excellent goose, coyote, and prairie dog hunting. Several acres of cottonwood trees offer shelter for deer while natural brush areas provide habitat for dove and turkey.
Our family will be offering self-guided hunts this season with LandTrust. Our waterfowl hunts will be dependent on whether the geese are in the fields. Be sure to follow our listing's property updates, and we'll let you know when they get here. Thousands of Geese will usually begin arriving in November and stay through the late winter to feed on farm fields.
We are located here in Bent County, which is part of Colorado's Central Flyway Zone for geese and 126 for turkey and deer.
