Hill View Farms offers more than 750 acres of rolling cropland and grasses just outside Four Lakes, a small town nestled between Cheney and Spokane. The property blends grassy hillsides, active cropland, and scattered pockets of timber. Elevated ridges provide long sightlines across the fields, making it easy to locate birds at first light and watch their movement patterns as they transition from timber to feed.

Located within 10 to 15 minutes of both Cheney and Spokane, the ranch offers quick access to supplies, lodging, and dining while still providing a quiet hunting setting away from traffic and city lights. For guests traveling in, we're only 15 minutes from Spokane International Airport.

On top of the hill there will be a powered electric fence gate and a driveway into a field from the paved road. Recomended to only pull a few hundred feet into the filed depending on the time of the year.

Property Rules
Campfires: Allowed • Firepit. Fireplace
Pets: Allowed on property • Pets are welcome just respect that if seed production is in a windrow or plants are knocked down then they are fragile and could be unharvestable. This is mostly during July and August.
ATV's: Not allowed
Drive-in Access: Yes: The tower road can be used and opening gates to camp in the field is allowed. We will work around grazing cattle if they could be in the area.
Walk-in Access: Yes • Most areas are free for hiking in we just ask you don't shatter crop heads as seed production is our main source of income.
Vehicles: 3 Allowed • If driving up steep inclines off the paved road 4x4 is highly advised and almost manditory. And yes we know what cars can do but we can struggle on this one.
Landowner Rules: Electric Fences are installed for use year round and they need to be respected. They will get your attention if not attending to precaution. Livestock my be using the fence hills away but are still on the same system. Please pack in and out so everone can keep enjoying the views and area around.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds are only available within 48 hours of the landowner accepting your booking request.
